Tucked into a side street near Meguro Station, BAR TINA pairs late-night pours with the rhythms of soul, R&B, funk, and hip-hop. The intimate counter-only space is shaped by owner Tsukasa's soundtrack, which draws heavily on albums from around the 2000s. Rather than a hush-bound sanctuary, it leans toward a warm, social atmosphere where regulars and visiting travelers easily fall into conversation over drinks.

Behind the counter, mixed drinks are turned out with practiced ease alongside a sturdy lineup of spirits, beer, wine, and casual bar bites. Running from 21:00 to 4:00 the next morning, the bar stays open late every night except Sunday. It makes an easy stop for a nightcap wrapped in good tunes or an unhurried chat at the end of the day.
